Central Station Monitoring

When your alarm system is tripped, it sends a signal to our central station monitoring facility. The signal is received at the central station with detailed information such as: description of what type of alarm has activated (fire, burglary, panic, ambush), the area the alarm is coming from (door, window, office etc…) and the type of device (smoke detector, heat detector, motion detector, door contact etc…). The central station will follow procedures customized by you as to what steps to take.

Standard Procedure for Fire Alarms

Note: The Fire Department will be dispatched immediately on any fire alarm activation occurring on a commercial building, nursing home, hospital, schools, daycares or other high life rick accounts.

For all other accounts:

Call the premises where the alarm is activating, if there is no answer, or the person on site can not give the correct password; the fire department will be notified; an emergency contact that you have designated, will be notified of the alarm activation

Standard Procedure for Burglar Alarms

Call the premises where the alarm is activating, if there is no answer, or the person on site can not give the correct password; the police will be notified; an emergency contact that you have designated, will be notified of the alarm activation
